A home on the outskirts of Huế
BK_House occupies an approximately 250 m² site in Hương Thủy, on the outskirts of Huế. The house was designed by Dom Architect and completed in 2025.
Spaces organised around orthogonal circulation
The design explores a spatial structure arranged around perpendicular circulation routes, recalling the overall organisation of Huế imperial architecture. These routes connect living spaces, verandas and gardens.
Architecture, landscape and light
The project photographs show verandas, openings and planting creating transitions between indoor and outdoor life. Tiled roofs, light-coloured surfaces and timber details shape a home connected to its local setting.
